Charles is a 22 year veteran
entrepreneur with a strong background in finance, technology and new business development. Charles is the immediate past Chairman for SCORE & current chairman ThinkTEC in Charleston, SC, an active board member with the Charleston Metro and South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce(s). He has assisted hundreds of small businesses with start-up development, technology and small business financing.
Roy Wayne Erwin – Chief Operating Officer
Wayne has over 25 years business management experience with Fortune 500 companies. He was a former military officer with the 101st Airborne Division, a former VP of Sales in medical devices with Sulzer Corporation, a Government Contracting Manager with Texas Instruments, a Major Subcontract Manager at Ball Aerospace, and the National Contract Manager with ValleyLab Inc., a division of Pfizer Corporation. He was the former Operating Officer and Director of New Business Development at Crossroads Regional Hospital. He holds a Master of Management Degree from the University of Phoenix and a BS Degree from Louisiana College.
Aadli Abdul-Kareem - Executive Vice President of New Technology and Business
Development
Aadli has vast experienced as an owner/operator in the food and beverage industry. He was responsible for total business operations including profit/loss, food service, inventory management, food and beverage cost controls, employee training, and total customer satisfaction. He developed successful marketing and promotional campaigns, public relation events, developed media marketing programs with tourism associations, and developed local and regional charity events. Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Aadli worked 9 years as a Senior Chemical Analyst for General Engineering Laboratories performing chemical/lab testing for numerous government clients to include Los Alamos National Labs and the Savannah River Site. He is a graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Chemistry.
